Healing begins when we feel safe enough to be seen.

Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.

My name is Chenthoori Malankov-Milton, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist specializing in cultural and intergenerational trauma. I support women who have spent their lives carrying the weight of others—eldest daughters, children of immigrants, people pleasers, caregivers, and those who have always put others first.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices while honoring your full story—your culture, your body, your relationships, and your lineage. Healing isn't about forgetting where you came from; it's about breaking cycles with compassion so future generations can inherit something different.
